Our practice accepts most major credit cards and we offer financing options through CareCredit.

For patients who are uninsured, we offer a 5% discount for cash or check payment made in the full fee amount at the time of service only. No payment plans are availabe directly through our office.
Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We'll work with your insurance provider to make sure that your coverage meets your needs and your budget.
We are in network with the following plans:
Delta Dental - Premier ONLY (We will accept the PPO plans, but additional Out-of-Pocket costs may be incurred.)
Sunlife (previously Assurant/DHA) PPO
United Concordia PPO (must be a part of the Alliance Network)
We can accept and file claims for out-of-network PPO plan reimbursements as well, however, if you are on an out-of network plan, payment in full is required at time of service.
We do not accept any Dental HMO plans.
